A block of rooms has been reserved for SOHO 2016 at the Westin Galleria and Westin Oaks Houston Hotels at the preferred price of $189.00 per night (plus tax). This block will be held until 5:00 pm August 19, 2016 at which time, rooms will be charged at prevailing rates and subject to availability.

SOHO 2016 will take place September 6-10, 2016 at the AAA Four-Diamond Westin Galleria and Oaks Houston Hotels. In the center of Houston’s chic Uptown district, the Westin Galleria & Oaks Houston offers endless shopping, dining, and entertainment options just steps away. Both hotels are connected to the Galleria Shopping Center, home to Nordstrom, Macy’s, and Saks 5th Avenue. The majority of the SOHO 2016 educational sessions will take place in the Westin Galleria.

From George Bush Intercontinental Airport
Take Interstate 45 South to Loop 610 West, which will become Loop 610 South. From Loop 610 South, exit right at Westheimer, proceed 2 blocks, and turn left onto Sage. Continue 1 block and turn left onto West Alabama.
From William P. Hobby Airport
Take I-45 North to Loop 610 West. Exit at Westheimer and turn left. Proceed 2 blocks and turn left onto Sage. Turn left onto West Alabama, and the hotel is on the left.

Official letters of invitation for an entry visa will be supplied upon request. Please allow sufficient time for this procedure. Note that invitation letters do not commit SOHO2016 to any kind of financial support, hosting arrangement, nor does it guarantee that an entry visa will be issued.
Please be advised that the invitation letters will only be issued by the SOHO 2016 organizing committee after the participant registers. Therefore, you should register for the meeting as early as possible in order to get your visa in time for the event.
